Cumulative Acts

    For this project I will be documenting everything I eat as well as when I work out.  I was weary about this at first but I need to get into healthy mode again after an abusive spring break!  I think by documenting myself that I will be forced to create footage as well as keep up with my workouts so it will solve two problems in one. The idea came from how crappy I felt after spring break.
     I will be shooting footage as well as taking photos of myself for the next month and see if any progress occurs. I will be using techniques that I have acquired in my ten years of working out. Every thing from high school football/ wrestling training, to division 1 college football training. I will use what I have learned since I was 10 years old and first stepped into the weight room to begin training.
     I predict that this project will suck and i will be aggravated and fatigued upon its completion, but I believe that I will be able to cut down the extra weight I have gained from sports, and become a more comfortable person with a lower weight and healthier body. Wish me luck!
